Rhona has her LL.M. in Taxation, is admitted to the New York Bar and is a member of the New York State Society of CPAs.
Bella Litchev, CPA, MST
Bella has over 15 years in both the domestic and the international tax industries. Bella’s prior experience is as a tax manager at RSM McGladrey, Inc. and American Express Tax & Business Services. Bella is a Certified Public Accountant in California and New Jersey and has a Master’s Degree in Taxation. Bella has good working knowledge of Russian, Italian, German and Bulgarian. Bella is a member of the AICPA and the CalCPA.
Loretta Henry, CPA
With over 15 years in the international tax and financial services industry, Loretta began her career with Arthur Andersen LLP in 1995. She then spent several years as a financial planner at Citigroup’s Corprate and Investment Bank. Loretta is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State and is a member of the AICPA and Financial Planning Association of New York.
With over 24 years in the tax and financial services industry, Lorna began her career as an accountant and later as a financial planner at Citigroup’s Corporate and Investment Bank. She most recently was the manager of the Family Office Services department at a boutique accounting firm in New Jersey. Additionally, Lorna has experience in trust and estate administration, as well as, human resources. She is a member of the Financial Planning Association of New York and Society for Human Resources Management.
Samantha Levokove, J.D., LL.M.
Samantha is admitted to the Florida Bar, the U.S. Tax Court, and is a recent graduate of The University of Miami School of Law. Samantha has her LL.M. in Taxation. She has worked for the United Nations, for a global reinsurance business as well as for a consulting firm where she developed strategic cost cutting plans for foreign businesses and Fortune 500 companies. Samantha has published articles on various topics of international tax and has served as Associate Editor for Wealth Strategies Journal.
Leo Gabovich J.D.
Leo is admitted to the New York Bar, as well as the bars of the Southern and Eastern District of New York. He is a recent graduate of The Fordham University School of Law. Leo has a background in financial planning, having worked in Wealth Management for major investment banks prior to law school. More recently, he served as an Excelsior Fellow for the Governor’s Office of New York at the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance, and worked as a litigation associate for a local firm.
