Samantha Levokove Rinaldi has been practicing in the field of international taxation and cross border estate planning for over 10 years.
Samantha has experience with inbound and outbound international tax, tax treaties, and Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) reporting. She also has experience advising clients with a wide-range of cross-border issues including preimmigration planning, expats, expatriation, controlled foreign corporations (CFCs), passive foreign investment companies (PFICs), investment in U.S. real property, foreign trusts, gifts, and inheritance from non-U.S. persons.
Samantha started her career at Christopher J. Byrne PLLC. She went on to spend time working with Greenberg Traurig (Miami) and at a boutique firm comprised of AmLaw 200 attorneys. She rejoined Christopher J. Byrne PLLC in the spring of 2020.
